Booking and rental conditions
- Rental of complete house: 4 bedrooms, 6 beds (2 of them double beds), 2 extra beds and a cradle.
- The minimum price to be paid will be 98€ during the whole year except for high season when the price will be 102€.
- Possibility of up to 12 people at the request of the client with 2 extra beds at 10 euros per person per night.
- Children of all ages can be accommodated.
- Smoking is allowed.
- Pets are allowed.
- Parties/events can be held.
- No noise-free hours are established (always with respect).
- The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the date of arrival. The client will have to pay the full price if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date.
- The reservation needs previous contact with the owner. 60 euros will be paid in advance and the rest of the price will be paid in cash upon arrival. There is also the option to pay by bank transfer or Bizum.
- Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00 and Check-out until 12:00 (flexibility is allowed with previous notice and according to circumstances).
